The Challenge:

HITZ started with no acquisition setup, no tracking, and plans to scale multiple new venues on tight timelines.

They needed a dependable agency to help generate bookings from day one.

Before launching, HiTZ had no Meta Ads account, no paid acquisition history and only a basic out-of-the-box Google Analytics (GA4) implementation that wasn’t tracking ecommerce purchase behaviour correctly.

Their chosen booking platform provider also had limitations around purchase tracking, which made full ROAS reporting difficult.

To fix this, our team rebuilt their analytics setup from scratch – deploying Google Tag Manager (GTM), properly configuring GA4, implementing full ecommerce event reporting and creating custom JavaScript to pass Segment payloads cleanly into GA4, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Clarity.

We also worked closely with their app developers over the initial months to identify and resolve issues with the checkout process.

With seven new sites opening across the first nine months, HiTZ needed to drive bookings quickly for each location, including pre-launch demand and performance during seasonal dips.

With no prior audience data on which formats or messages would resonate best, the entire paid social strategy had to be tested, validated and scaled from the ground up.

Across the first nine months, our campaigns generated 12,094 checkout starts at an average cost of just £1.42, enabling HiTZ to scale to 4,500+ new customers while maintaining consistent booking volume during new site openings and seasonal dips. Analytics and Tracking

We rebuilt HiTZ’s tracking from the ground up, re-configuring their Google Analytics (GA4) setup and deploying a complete Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation to send data to all relevant advertising platforms.

Full ecommerce event reporting was added across GA4, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Clarity, supported by custom JavaScript to pass Segment payloads cleanly into each platform.
